Complete Kit Guide

What’s Included in Your Kit
When you purchase a new Seventy Squares kit home from us, you can rest easy knowing that everything required to assemble your architectural jigsaw puzzle is supplied as part of the package. From the moment your order is confirmed, we ensure the process is smooth and fully transparent. A comprehensive and detailed breakdown of all materials will be issued to you, allowing you to clearly understand exactly what is arriving and how each component fits into the overall build.

1.
First arrival
When your kit arrives on site, it will be delivered in clearly separated packages, organised in the logical sequence of the construction stages. The first delivery contains everything required to complete your floor system.
This includes all fasteners, hold-downs, and structural components designed and engineered specifically to meet — and often exceed — NZ3604 standards. This stage ensures you begin your build with confidence, knowing your home is supported by a solid, compliant foundation.

2.
Second Delivery
The next delivery consists of your Framing and Trusses pack. All our frames and trusses arrive fully “pre-nailed,” meaning each wall section is premade, flat-packed, and ready to be stood up and fixed into position with ease.
Alongside the framing, you will also receive a generous supply of additional timbers such as purlins, braces, and other structural elements, as well as eco-ply for the exterior. All fasteners required for this stage are included, ensuring you have everything necessary for a smooth and efficient assembly.

3.
Exterior Linings
Following this, your Cladding and Roofing pack will arrive. This package contains your exterior windows and doors, the full cladding system, roofing materials, and all associated hardware.
Once this stage is completed, your home will be fully closed in and weathertight, marking a major milestone in the build and allowing work to progress comfortably inside regardless of conditions.

4.
Final Pack
Your final delivery is the Interior Pack. This is the most comprehensive stage and includes insulation, interior doors and hardware, linings, flooring, kitchen joinery, laundry cabinetry, bathroom fittings, skirtings, showers, toilets, and any additional upgrades or selected features that form part of your chosen design.
With this pack, you’ll have everything needed to bring the interior of your home to life and complete your chosen layout exactly as envisioned.
